The Hogan’s Leadership Forecast profiles are the best, most accurate and easiest to understand personality and leadership assessments available internationally to quickly improve a person’s understanding of him or herself and how they can play to their key strengths and overcome their weaknesses.
The Hogan Leadership Forecast reports may be used as benchmarks for understanding the performance capabilities of individuals and links competencies with leaders' personalities.
We have used the Hogan's profiles for a number of years and find that clients greatly appreciate the insights gained about their executives and other staff in terms of 'what makes them tick'. The Hogan Leadership Forecast explores leadership behaviours from three perspectives:
- the impression a person makes during day to day interactions;
- the characteristic way a person interprets the world and treats subordinates; and
- the values an individual holds.
The Hogan's Leadership Forecast assessment is a detailed online questionnaire and profile system involving either three or four separate questionnaires. The combination of the profiles enables us to provide clients with specific and targeted information so they gain a greater awareness and understanding/appreciation of their key attributes, strengths and development needs.
