Manager as Leader & Coach Workshops
These one-day workshops focus on leadership styles which either enhance or sabotage managers’ efforts to motivate their staff and to get improved results.
Numbers are limited to 14-16 people per workshop depending on the focus and profiling tools being used.
During each workshop:
- We explain the key leadership skills and behaviours that managers need to adopt to be highly effective.
- We illustrate the practical application of the leadership skills, specifically of what great bosses do and what they don’t do to get the best results.
- We demonstrate and practise specific communication techniques.
- Each participant prepares a personal action plan for themselves and/or their staff.
- We provide and discuss a follow-up method for participants to use to ensure sustainability of their new skills and action plans.
