Ross McLelland
Ross is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant. He has an Honours degree in Commerce from the University of NSW, is an accredited executive coach with the Australian Institute of Executive Coaching, a chartered member of the Institute of Management Consultants and an accredited Global Remuneration Professional, Human Synergistics Consultant and Global Performance and Reward Professional. Ross is also accredited in the Hogan's Leadership Profile, Bar-On Emotional Intelligence and Belbin Team Styles Profiles assessment instruments for selection, executive development and coaching and has over 1000 hours face to face executive coaching experience.
His consulting assignments over many years have been in both the public
and private sectors in Australia, New Zealand and the US with a focus on
organisation and business improvement strategies. Ross places a particular
emphasis on the development of leadership practices and capability, people
management practices, and performance reward strategies.
As an experienced executive coach Ross has undertaken numerous coaching
assignments over recent years. This encompasses both group and one-on-one
executive coaching, usually aimed at assisting chief executives to obtain
greater results in their organisations through their management teams.
Alexandra (Alex) Gorman
Alexandra is an Executive Coach who draws on her extensive experience and qualifications in finding the best outcomes for her clients. She has an Honours degree in Social Work from the University of NSW, is a Member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and Chairs the Centacare Advisory Council. She is also accredited as an Executive Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and the International Coaching Federation.
Alex draws on multiple approaches when coaching. She has a strong interest in coaching for happiness and the use of signature strengths and the wisdom traditions when working with individuals
She is currently writing and conducting programs that draw on the principles,
tools and models inspired by several spiritual traditions, including wise
decision making, heroic/legacy leadership, reflective practices, mindfulness
and meditation. Her current projects include training in positive psychology
for teachers to coach secondary students.
Alex's Coaching clients have included Telstra, ING, NSW Health and NSW Transport
Infrastructure Group. She enjoys working with people to identify their talents,
develop their leadership skills, self awareness, social awareness and overall
performance.
Gemma Gladstone PhD
Gemma is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and a registered psychologist, with extensive experience as a clinical therapist, educator and group trainer and facilitator. Gemma formerly worked in mental health as an academic psychologist and research investigator studying various aspects of human behaviour and functioning. She has published several research papers in the field of clinical psychology, personality and mental health, and in 2003, she gained her PhD from the University of New South Wales.
Gemma has worked as a psychologist since 1994, in various roles and gaining an array of experience in the assessment and facilitation of human change and development. Her skills in psychological and personality assessment and coaching, enable her to assist individuals identify and resolve whatever barriers are stopping them from enjoying and getting the most out of their work, careers and personal lives.
She has worked with a range of Pacific’s coaching clients over the last two years with executives achieving significant improvements to their leadership and work related behaviours and performance.
Lynn Pearce
Lynn blends high-level abilities as a communicator, facilitator, manager, and trainer to produce consistently outstanding results for clients as a change facilitator.
Lynn has over 12 years experience in consulting to organisations in the area of culture change and leadership development.
She has a Bachelor of Arts (Business) and has held senior management roles in a variety of financial services organisations including General Manager of the largest financial advisory firm in Australia in the 1980's.
Her expertise in the behavioural sciences enables her to bring a wealth of experience in helping organisations to identify their cultural strengths, leverage their competitive advantages, and deliver strong brand experiences to customers.
Lynn is skilled in face to face facilitation for groups of all sizes ranging from small workshops of around 16-20 participants to large conference type events of 100 people or more.
She also has extensive experience in design and writing skills, including the use robust systems of curriculum design. Lynn has designed and written programs in a variety of topics ranging from one day to six weeks.
Using the well recognised diagnostic instruments to measure Organisational Culture, she has worked with clients on major culture change programs requiring detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of culture survey results and interview data. She also uses individual diagnostics to coach individuals on leadership behaviours and alignment with corporate and personal values.
In addition, Lynn regularly consults to Executive teams on strategic issues involving culture and leadership development.
